Dec 2009 - EC 7th Framework TITAN Project Begins
The EC 7th framework TITAN project held it's Kick-off meeting in Madrid in December.
TITAN will analyse the aircraft 'turnaround' processes viewed as an integral part of the SESAR Business Trajectory, considering all the airside and landside processes that go into the turnaround segment as a set of interdependent complex systems.
ISA Software is one of 11 partners involved in the TITAN project and is responsible for the design and development of the TITAN model.

Apr 2006 - AENA E-TLM Simulation Trials "a success"
AENA and its partners ISA Software and INDRA have succesfully completed their Real-Time Simulation trials to evaluate dynamic re-sectorisation concepts supported by the ISA Software/INDRA developed Enhanced Traffic-Load Monitor decision support tool.
The simulation was carried out over five days at the Sevilla Air Traffic Control facility in the scope of the EU 5th Framework Gate-to-Gate analysis project, and were innovative in the use of fast-time 'look-ahead' simulation modelling in support of real-time decision making policies.
